By accessing and using Menuté ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership and you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notations

3. Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid accounts are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees may change with 30 days notice and refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your account at any time in your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By uploading, you grant us a license to display the content to deliver the Service.

7. Limitations of Liability

Menuté and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my Menute subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The digital menu stays active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.

Who owns the menu content uploaded to Menute?

The restaurant fully owns all menu content, including descriptions, images, and prices. Menute only provides the display platform. When you delete your account, all content is removed from our servers.

What happens to my digital menu if I miss a payment?

After 7 days past due, the menu switches to view-only mode without editing. After 30 days, the menu becomes invisible to customers. Data is kept for another 60 days before permanent deletion.
